Invitation to all Hakko-ryu Shihan Kaikekiden around the world:

May 3,4,5, 2025, these three days are review sessions for Shihan and Kaiden, held at the Hombu Dojo in Omiya, Japan.

In Japan, this practice session is called Renshikai.
Hombu Dojo has been conducting this event for more than 50 years.

If you are unable to attend at this time, contact Hombu dojo to discuss alternative dates.

Black Belt Students:
Black belt students are not allowed to participate during the Renshikai, but if a black belt student wants to train at the Hombu, they can come to Japan one week before the Renshikai and receive direct teaching.
Your Shihan can assist with contacting the Hombu Dojo for basic technique review rates (Shodan, Nidan, Sandan, Yondan).

Students can also stay at the Hombu Dojo for lodging, which is less expensive than local hotels.
